I have used the website 'YouGov' to collect research of our potential audience (both primary and secondary). The data suggests that the secondary demographic group of people who like chase and status are generally working class females aged 18-24. The likely regions are East Anglia, South coast and the north east. In terms of politics people are usually left wing and their professions tend to be Advertising, Translation or Fashion design. People normally have a disposable income of around £125 to £499 per month. This is additional data and information I collected;

Primary: Young, left winged females.
List of interests/hobbies in order of popularity:
We can identify was this data that the majority of people who listen to Chase and Status are male within the age of 25-39. This impacts hugely on what age of audience we potentially are going to target our music video at. We can also identify from this data that the majority of people who listen to Chase and Status are located in London, Midlands and East Anglia. This may impact on where we target our product to make it accessible to our target audience. Occupations of our audience include being involved with the sports industry, architecture/interior and translation and interpretation. They tend to be slighting left wing and have around £500-£1000 monthly disposable income.
From this data we can identify that the audience of Chase and Status' favourite hobbies/activities consist of going to the cinema, watching live music and listening to music. The hobbies include musical activities which indicate that the audience are keen music fans and provides many platforms for us to advertise and show our product to them. Favourite sports consist of airsoft and archery, their general interests are video games, the radio, and mobile applications. Again this gives us an indication of how and where we will show our production to reach our target audience.
The audience seem to be geeky, spontaneous and bighearted. Some say "I couldn't get through the day without mobile communication and use". This is highly beneficial for the showing of our product and the advertisement/ targeting of our product. Mobile applications are hugely accessed by our audience providing us with a wide range of platforms to show our product.
They are online for 36-40 hours per week and read The Sun and Men's Fitness. They also watch TV for 21-25 hours per week. This once again provides us to who, how and where we should be targeting our audience and they use heavy amounts of technical devices.
