Audience Feedback (questionnaire)

Q1
Unfortunately most of the people who answered our questionnaires were not within our primary or secondary audience. The questionnaire was displayed on our social media pages so the results may be due to the fact most people Louis and I associate ourselves with are not within those age ranges. Ideally we would of liked more questionnaires answered from our primary and secondary audience to create a more representative sample however any research is valuable.

Q2
A majority of people who answered our questionnaire either watch music videos or sometimes watch music videos. A low percentage of 6.25% of the results were answered 'no'. This is a positive result as  it shows a majority of people have experience and fimiliarity with music videos and so can possibly give us good/valid opinions and responses to questions asked.

Q3
Youtube is clearly the most used platform for watching music videos with 81.25% choosing youtube as the answer to this question. Social media follows with 12.50%; a significant amount lower. This gives us an indication of where to display our music video to our audience. The result is positive in the sense that television is the least accesable platform for displaying our music video. Youtube and social media are where we will be displaying our production.

Q4
The genre of music videos most commonly watched is evenly distrubited between al the options available. Hip hop, pop and dance/electronic are all popular genres.

Q5
Narrative music videos got the most votes with 46.88% which is positive for us as we have chosen to create a narrative music video.

Q6
The higher majority of people said that they prefer seeing both a male and female protagonist in a music video. This has influenced our decision of including both a male and female protagonist. Our idea has adapted to know include a romantic aspect including both a male and female protagonist.

Q7
The majority who answered this question said they were expect to see the artist in the music video. Obviously this is a problem for us seeing as our artist is world renowned.
